What can you create for us?
There's so much that Flock&Canvas can help with that it might be easier to tell you what's not included.
While our standard plans don't include logos, brand development or website development, we can create custom packages to help with these projects.
When it comes to video and photo production, it’s important to note that we do not come to location and shoot video or photos. However, we can provide editing services for your raw images and footage.

How many active requests can I have?
There are no limits to how many open requests you can have. But bear in mind that we will work on projects in priority order, based on when you tell us each request is due. We will try to complete one project before starting the next - this helps our designers to avoid “context switching”, maintaining their productivity.
What’s the average turnaround time?
Turnaround times are based on the type of request you submit.
Consider a newsletter, for instance. The initial creation, where we craft a template tailored to your needs, might take approximately 3-4 days. Subsequent newsletters should be completed within 48 hours. However, larger or more creative projects, such as a study booklet, may take longer.
We will always ask for a due date when you submit requests and will work towards delivering the final version by the date you set. This includes us delivering first drafts early for revisions.
Can we request video without a Church Essentials package?
Yes! If you are on the Church Planters package and you’d benefit from one-off video requests, we can sort it with a simple one-time payment. Of course, if the video requests become regular it would be cheaper to upgrade to our Church Essentials package.
Are there guidelines for video project submissions?
Yes, we can work with you to get the best videos produced. Here’s some tips -
Review all footage and pick out the shots you’re happy with and would like us to use. It doesn’t have to be exhaustive, just some suggestions to get our editors started.
For the best quality video, provide clips that are at least 1920x1080 pixels (1080p HD or also called “full HD”). This ensures your video will look good on any size screen.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. You can request revisions for any work we produce at no extra cost. Just bear in mind that the more revisions you request, the longer the final piece will take. We hope to work with your church for a long time, which means that we’ll learn what you like and what works for your church so hopefully you’ll find yourself requesting less revisions over time.
How do I submit project requests?
We use a software called Zendo. It’s easy to use and we’ll be able to teach you what you need to know.
Am I able to submit additional deliverables midway through a project?
Yes! However, we may need to delay the delivery date to give our designers sufficient time to produce the additional materials or changes to the project, especially if the additions or changes are made close to the due date. We’ll always let you know if an additional request or change will alter the delivery date.
What if I need a large booklet designed like an annual report?
Yes! Larger booklets can be included in all of our packages at no additional cost.
How many first concepts/drafts can I expect on my projects?
For some creative work you’ll want to see multiple options or concepts in the early stages. We’ll normally provide 2 or 3 initial concepts for you to pick out of and us to work from. If none hit the mark, we can re-work them.
For regular work, like a weekly newsletter, then we’ll provide concepts in our first few iterations, but we’ll hope you’ll fall in love with one and we’ll use that as a template for all, until you request a refresh.
Where are my projects stored?
We use GoogleDrive to store all of our project files. Each and every file we create for you, including the editable source files, are available to you at any time. If you’re ever unsure of where to find something, just reach out to our team.
Do we get the source files?
Yep! We’ll include the Illustrator, inDesign, or Photoshop files for every project.
What does “unlimited” really mean?
Unlimited means unlimited. You can make as many requests as you need or want. The only thing that changes will be how fast our team is able to deliver work. We are a small and growing team, so we’ll be open and work with you to make sure everything you request gets done when you need it, and we’ll let you know if something isn’t possible.
Are there any contracts?
Nope. You can cancel anytime.
Can we submit requests for multiple brands under one subscription?
Most churches have ministries that are run and administered as part of church life, like Kids ministry, youth groups or life groups. These can all be supported under one subscription.
However, if your church runs projects or brands separate to the regular life of the church, these would require a custom package. For example, some churches run charities that address issues like debt or addiction.

Can I get a refund?
You can refund your first payment to us within the first 30 days of joining us. After that time period, you can simply cancel your subscription whenever you want - just like Netflix!
Are annual payment options available?
Yes, they are! Once a client has been with us 3 months and is happy with our service they have the option to switch to an annual subscription, which we’ll give a nice little discount for. Just reach out to our team to find out more about annual options.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership anytime. Just email our team here and let us know.

Do your designers understand the church?
All of our designers are Christians who love the church. Many have served as designers in their own local church!
Working Days & Times
The team is 100% remote, with team members located worldwide. Generally, the team works on projects during regular UK business days and hours, Monday-Friday. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays to allow our staff to spend time with their friends and families and serve in their churches.
Can you do a rebrand for our church?
Certainly! We’ll be very happy to help you develop a new brand for you church. However, this is not covered on our Church Planter or Church Essentials package, so we’d create a custom project charged for you.

Absolutely! However just like branding, this is not covered on our Church Planter or Church Essentials package, so we’d create a custom project charged for you.
